Accepting private pay clients and ​​Colorado Medicaid. For all other insurances I am an out-of-network provider. Insurers often require that I give you a mental health diagnosis, limit the frequency and timing of our sessions, and restrict communication between appointments. All of these things can be counterproductive for your health. If you would like to use your out-of-network benefits, I am happy to provide documentation of our work together

(a “superbill”) so that you may apply for reimbursement.
